From Clinical Practice to Operations
My work in pharmacy has moved across hospital, ambulatory, long-term care, retail, independent pharmacy, and supervisory practice. That range has shaped how I look at healthcare organizations. Clinical knowledge matters, but so do the systems surrounding the clinician: purchasing, staffing, workflow, reimbursement, vendor relationships, cash flow, and the decisions that connect all of them.
That is where my perspective increasingly sits—between clinical practice and operations.
